WILMINGTON, Delaware (CNN) – Flying largely under the radar since John McCain’s announcement of Sarah Palin as his running mate, Joe Biden is set to make a splash Monday morning as he delivers what the campaign is describing as a major speech in Michigan that will sharpen their attacks against John McCain.

Aides say Biden will use his standing as McCain’s decades-long Senate colleague as a backdrop in the “just the facts” speech to further accuse the Arizona senator of being a “sequel” to President George W. Bush’s two terms.

“We’ve seen this movie before, folks,” Biden will say according to excerpts provided by the campaign. “But as everyone knows, the sequel is always worse than the original.”

“If you’re ready for four more years of George Bush, John McCain is your man,” he adds. “Just as George Herbert Walker Bush was nicknamed ‘Bush 41′ and his son is known as “Bush 43,” John McCain could easily become known as ‘Bush 44.’”  Source Article
